Positive: Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Negative: Im englischen Teil der Informations-E-Mail wurden falsche Zugangscodes für das Gebäude und das Zimmer mitgeteilt. Laut anderen Bewohnern war ich auch nicht der erste, der dieses Problem hatte. Vor Ort kein Personal, Telefon war abgeschaltet. Kein Zutritt möglich. Erreichbarkeit nur über E-Mail über Booking.com. Ich war also gezwungen, 2 Stunden mit vollem Gepäck auf eine Antwort zu warten. Eine Preisminderung um 10 € wurde abgelehnt.
