Horror!!! Positive: Close to the historic centre Negative: This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. Basic, essential services were simply not provided. I checked in to find no towels, an unusable shower due to a completely blocked drain, and a television that could not be used because the remote control was never delivered. These are not minor inconveniences — they are fundamental requirements for any paid accommodation. What makes this even worse is the total lack of action from the host. Despite multiple messages, nothing was resolved, no solutions were offered, and no urgency was shown. The attitude towards a paying guest is unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this place. The service is unreliable, the communication is ineffective, and the level of negligence is astonishing. My experience here was far below any reasonable standard!

Comfortable and great localization Positive: The comfort of the room, the kitchen well equipped and the clear instructions for the process to the checkin. Also the aera is lovely and near to Telmo bus stop. Negative: The noise from the street, impossible to let the window open.

Regresaría Positive: Bien la limpieza buena ubicación

Positive: Es una habitación muy cómoda con una pequeña nevera, TV y ventilador de techo. Está muy cercana al centro y como todo se hace mediante códigos para acceder no hay que preocuparse a la hora de hacer el check-in si es muy tarde que fue mi caso. Negative: El check-out es a las 10:00 am y podría ser un pelín más tarde que esa hora
